The Rogue Rebel is a powerful Muscle Boon. Although initially a supporter of the Rebel movement, he now regrets betraying the UHPE Boons.
Intelligence from the HABD suggests the Rogue Rebel is searching for a new path. He is a lone Boon and a supporter of the Fregs. He carries a rare Ice Fregpole in his Pod, determined to protect him at all costs.
hangry burned Rebel Boon #283 and replaced it with the Rogue Rebel. The Rogue Rebel was then burned repeatedly until reaching serial #888, a process that took several hours.
Disposition: in true rogue fashion, the Rogue Rebel was designed facing right. However, this does not seem to indicate compliance with the UHPE.
